A medical Doctor in Kogi State and a Social media crusader, Dr. DS Omeiza has taken to Facebook, to share his ill experience as a student, encounter with Kogi Political appointees who are not only criminally indicting the name of the government, but also, mastered the art of using any available opportunity to defraud people.

I had my experience in 2019 when I was the national president of the Kogi State Medical Students association. We organised our annual health week and students all over the country gathered in lokoja for the program. I and my VP were sweating up and down sourcing for funds. The commissioner of health – Dr Audu saka decided to support us with 50k pending his presence at the program. He gave it to the SSA on students affairs (Hon. Joshua Omonu – Levels Pumping) to give us. Dr. Saka sent me a text message that he had sent the guy to us. I called him (Levels Pumping) in happiness to asked for the money; he started by asking me about my budget. I was shocked. This is the person I was already planning to give award during the program due to his commitments as he was helping me around lokoja in trying to meet some appointees. I never knew he was trying to use us to enriched himself. One day, we waited a whole day for Engr. Ohere and we couldn’t see him.
The SSA on students affairs on seeing my text message that I am aware he was with the money meant for us, he called me over the phone and was furious that, why did I speak to Dr. Saka. This man legitly pocketed the 50k till now without giving us a kobo. I informed Dr. Saka and the CMD, hospital management board. Dr. Saka didn’t reply. We made do with our little resources to do the health week and when Dr. Saka came around, he was so happy that, he organised dinner for us and invited his friends. In addition, he gave us 100k we used to pay our accommodation.
We were students not workers who simply wanted to organised health week and govt appointee swallowed the money meant for us. This same man attended the dinner Dr. Saka organised for us. I was so infuriated when I saw him, if only men were God, I could have squeezed life out of him. How can you embezzled money that was shouting? I had another experience too with Chief Edward Onoja and his PAs, that will be another day. Ah, anytime I see that man, my intestines use to turn upside-down. I don’t know if I have forgiven him but, I sure know he won’t die well. He was evil, he knows nothing other than money.
You all should know that, majority of PAs to political leaders are thieves just like their boss. The boss would asked them to give out 200k to a visitor and the visitor may end up getting 20k
