The All Progressives Congress (APC) USA Chapter has debunked claims by Mr. Tai Balofin, a recent joiner with a PDP background, who falsely claims to be the national chairman. Prof. Adesegun Labinjo, a founding member since 1999, remains the authentic recognized chairman of the chapter.
Balofin’s true intentions are questioned, as he only posed as a supporter of Asiwaju after President’s primary win. In contrast, Prof. Labinjo led a delegation to meet with National Chairman Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje in August, working to pacify Nigerian youth during the protests.
The APC USA Chapter reaffirms its unity under Prof. Labinjo’s leadership, dismissing Balofin’s claims as inaccurate and confusing.
